You walk out your door and a black cat runs out in front of you. You walk on the sidewalk to your car and step on a crack. Spider webs hit you in the face as you reach your car and you think you see something moving in the shadows. All the while, a crooked-faced pumpkin laughs at you. Yes, that's right, it's almost Halloween again. Before you know it, all of the little ghouls and goblins will be ascending on your home to dish out their tricks if you don't give them a treat.

This year, when setting up the scary displays for their big entrance to your home, be sure to provide a safe and efficiently lit walkway for everyone to have a fun and safe walk through your makeshift graveyard. After all, we want to make the holiday spooky and exciting, but we don't want anyone tripping over a display and injuring themselves. By following these safety tips while setting up your display, the screams you hear from the children will be welcomed frightened children, not screams from their parents that are yelling, "call 911!" It's really pretty easy to safely set up a Halloween haunted house display?
