Look at the example of the range cord above. Notice the configuration that plugs into the outlet. Be sure the one that you purchase looks just like this one. Don’t mistakenly purchase a dryer cord instead. That configuration is very different.

Measure the amount of feet of cord that you will need to reach from the outlet to the connection in the back of the range. If you are not sure where the cord connects in the back of the range, then read on.
