Range Cord Connection

Place the cord into the hole provided in the back of the range. The two outside terminal bolts are the hot connections and the center terminal bolt is the neutral/ground connection. The connections of the cord are also the same. Place each wire terminal on the appropriate bolt and replace the nuts. To do this, turn the nuts clockwise until fairly tight. Caution! Don’t tighten them like Hercules would. If you over tighten them too much, they can break off. Then, you'll have a big problem on your hands.
